Dr. Victoria Saykally - Ross Family Dentistry
Dr. Victoria Saykally, a Bay Area native, found her passion for dentistry while completing her bachelor’s degree at the University of Washington. She discovered that dentistry allowed her to combine her love of art and interest in the sciences while also provide her with a platform to give back to her community. She studied Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology, as well as Global Health while working as a dental assistant. After completing her degree, Dr. Victoria Saykally moved back to the Bay Area and worked as a research associate at a virology lab at UCSF, participating in the publication of multiple papers researching HIV and Cytomegalovirus. Dr. Saykally went on to complete her doctorate degree at University of the Pacific in San Francisco. During this time, she led and participated in numerous dental outreach trips, both locally and abroad. She completed additional graduate training by completing a hospital-based residency at VA Palo Alto and Stanford. During this residency, she focused on providing patient-centered comprehensive care to veterans, dental clearance for medically complex patients, and facial and dental emergency care to pediatric and adult patients.
