We are pleased to announce that Dr. Jennifer Hofmann has joined Ross Family Dentistry as an Associate Dentist. Dr. Hofmann is a talented dentist with meticulous attention to detail. She enjoys blending dentistry with artistry to enhance the function and beauty of smiles.

Dr. Hofmann, a Bay Area native, graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Biology and a minor in Psychology. She then earned her doctorate at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Dr. Hofmann has volunteered abroad in Mexico and Costa Rica to provide preventative education, supplies, and dental care to remote communities. At UCSF, she was awarded the Craig Memorial Scholarship for outstanding academics and ethics. She was also inducted by the faculty into the National Dental Honor Society. Dr. Hofmann is a member of the California Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the American Academy of Clear Aligners.

After receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery, Dr. Hofmann completed advanced graduate training at the VA San Diego Hospital and provided comprehensive care to disabled veterans with complex medical concerns and special needs. She has spent the past four years serving patients in a private practice in the Sacramento area.

Dr. Hofmann is thrilled to be back in the Bay Area and to continue her career at Ross Family Dentistry. Dr. Hofmann aims to provide the highest quality dental care using a preventative and minimally invasive approach. She has a warm and gentle presence, and she prioritizes patient comfort. With Dr. Hofmann joining our practice, we are excited to increase our availability to our patients. Outside of dentistry, she played collegiate lacrosse to win a national title and was a competitive gymnast during school. She and her husband are avid skiers and love exploring the beautiful hiking trails in Marin County. Dr. Hofmann’s other hobbies include cooking, yoga, and golf.
