I hope this message finds you and your family safe, happy, and healthy!
We have been through much together these past few months. Like you, we are learning to navigate the new normal the Pandemic has brought upon us. While many things in our lives have changed, our commitment to your health and safety remains as strong as before. All of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines.
Our office will continue to follow all the recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA) the California Dental Association (CDA) the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We carefully monitor the activities of these agencies so that we are up to date on any new implementations and guidelines issued.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, our office has been available only for urgent dental emergencies for our patients. Our office is currently closed to non-urgent dental care, this includes routine exams, cleanings, and non-urgent dental treatment. We will contact you to reschedule any missed appointments during this closure.
As the shelter in place guidelines continue to soften, please trust that I have taken all factors into consideration as I continue to plan our re-open. A great deal of care, hard work, research, and planning have gone into this transition. I do not have a set date to give you. I am grateful for your continued patience and support as I work on Phase one of the re-opening of Ross Family Dentistry.
We realize the situation is extremely fluid and will keep you updated with any new developments here on the website.
As always, best wishes to you and your family!
George N. Little, DDS
